Yeah it should be the same becaues it's the same engine. I have one i got from an eclipse. it looks just like the one I have right now...... in a couple days it's going to be different though...

It can better your air flow but like you were saying it would work better with an intake..... Even better if you bore it out.

You would definatelly have to bore it out to make any real power from it..

I think 65mm is hte largest you can go without any fuel mods I think I can't remeber exactly how it works. you may wanna talk to the guys at www.visionimports.com ('http://www.visionimports.com') They sell prebored Throttle bodies.

I believe RPW sells a 65mm TB. But you DO, of course realize, that 65mm is larger than your intake manifold opening, which means you'll need to weld and machine your manifold in addition to adding the very expensive 65mm TB.

You can always go to a speed shop who does installs and have them bore yours out.. thats how mine was done

does anyone have the overbored 62mm tb from proflow? is there really a performance gain? i've been looking into this for a while now but i can't find any info on this... i know some eclipse owners say theres very little to no gains at all.... i mean... 2mm is not all that much, or i could be wrong?

how much power gain can i expect from the bored intake manifold and 65mm TB.
