Old style fogs

I have some old style fogs (thanks galantman03) and I was wondering how I would wire them

You can simply use a relay, and use the parking lights as trigger, with an on/off switch.

Ok I hooked them up and one didn't turn on, how would I take the bulb out and what kind is it
