DDM has gotten so big that they are having trouble keeping up with demand.

DDM Tuning is a good source, but as stated, they have a huge demand.

I also recommend this:

www.hidny.com

A bit more money, but good quality plug and play HID kits, and they come with 5 year warranties. I'm running 35W 6000K, 9007 bulbs, and they're three years old. Aside from the right side ballast being occasionally temperamental, they've been excellent and reliable.

DDM tuning... have them in my fogs and headlights. 6000k's are nice. You may have to wait up to 2 weeks to receive them because like everybody said... there is a high demand so they can only get so many shipped per day. But it's worth it and the warranty is killer.

I have the 55W 6000k. 6k 35w was just too blue but the 55w washes a bit of color makes them whiter but BRIGHTERRRR! lol Love them havent had any issues and install was a breeze and I am not a certified much of anything on cars minus oil and other fluids and brake pads kinda guy

EDIT: plus if you have the projector beam HL the lens is blue so color is added back in a bit IMHO
