Whenever my car is parked the wheel locks and is hard to steer, once i get going it goes back to normal occasionally locking up, but whenever i turn to park my car it will die. My fluid is full just wondering what is causing it?

Maybe bad pump? Check the belt. Also, check to see if you have any idle problems, too.

Something could be wrong with the pump. It sounds like at lower rpms (ie parking), the pump might be resisting rotation or something, so it's killing the engine (because it's connected to the crank via the belt).

While in drive and foot on brake what does turning your heating fan full blast with headlights and rear defroster on do to the car? Stall or keep running.

If stall then idle issue of some sorts.

If not then it is more safe to call the steering pump the issue.
Maybe just changing the fuild might fix the issue.
