Sound from engine...need help identifying

I have a ch ch ch ch ch ch ch sound coming from the engine compartment and I am looking for some help in identifying what it is. Below is a video I just made of the sound. Its kind of hard to make out but if you watch the whole video you can hear it.

Fr what I can hear in the clip it sounds like bad lifters / rockers.

Sounds like a lifter tick. My car has had one for many thousands of miles and is fine. You only need to worry when it finally won't open back up and causes a misfire.
