Which kit is the best for the 4G64? I'm going to get the Ripp S/C but I have to take care of other things before I can spend all this money on the blower. I don't want to wait to have some power in my car!!! I have been reading up on this for a while now but I never know if you are talking of a V6 or an I4. So if anybody with an I4 with Nos can plese point me in the right direction!! I have a 99' ES btw. Tnaks in advance. Peace

hey, i don't have nos, but there are a few members here with i4s that do. I'll see if i can find out who. Also, i'd go for the supercharger first. Most will tell u that u do the biggest mods first and then the lil ones. But thats just my 2cents.

Zex kits seem pretty popular. http://www.zex.com ('http://www.zex.com') On stock internals don't go higher than a 75 shot. BTW, it's nitrous not NOS. NOS is specifically a Holley product. Not really a big deal, but it drives me nuts, just like people who say RPMs and NIC cards and ATM machines hehe. Holley must be quite happy with F&F for propagating that misnomer https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

All right, I just went on the zex website anf there is no kit for my car or a 4 cyl eclipse. I was also reading on the FAQ and from what I understood this is pretty much a universal mod, right?? So I just order a kit and specify what kind of shot I want and that's it?? I just don't know anything about ordering this stuff and I don't want to order something that I am not going to be able to use.

Your going to have to buy a universal kit, which you already know of.. When you order anything from ZEX give them a call first so they know who they are dealing with, their customer service is really good by the way..

And just how much do you suppose Holley had to cash out to win the bidding among the nitrous manufacturers, to be the only nitrous brand in the movie??

THANK YOU! lol...when you say "I need NOS" it makes you sound like everything you know about cars you learned from F&F.

Sometimes you need to do the little mods to get the big ones to work better.

Just get a custom kit after you get the supercharger....Actually I would reccomend a turbo for your smaller displacement engine, but that's a different topic altogether. Just make sure you have all the rest of your car modified properly to use the nitrous and the turbo/supercharger.
