how big is your wastegate?

what wastegate type and what color spring? that will usually tell you the boost its set to open at.

ah its internally gated, is the turbine wheel clipped at all? you usually see that on 16gs running 12-15 psi and the back pressure becomes too much so the boost creeps to 20+ psi. usually just port the wastegate hole and it will help, if not clip the wheel to halp relieve some back pressure as well, or externally gate it and never have boost creep again

edit: just looked in the build thread and saw that you thinl it was the boost controller. hope that fixes it.

yea i figured it out now that i found the instructions to my HKS evc 5! Damnit need COTM votes :) if you liked the vids give me a vote
