So i just ordered an injen CAI and it should be here soon. im going to install it myself of course. but here is the Question: does anyone make the software to flash the ECU for galants yet? so the O2 sensors dont trigger my engine light?

You should be fine. Just reset the ecu

You don't need any software. Just reset the ECU manually.

ill ask the stupid question then.. how do you do that?.. just pull it out or what?

disconnect the battery for a few minutes. it will reset itself.

Disconnect the negative (black) cable, then the positive (red). Since they'll be disconnected the whole time you're working then that will be plenty of time. Put your intake on. Reconnect the positive, then the negative. Turn the key to the on position but don't start the car. You'll hear clicking and what sounds like the old erector set robot arms turning. Leave the key to the on position for about 15-20 seconds for the sensors to reset. Turn the key to off for about 10 seconds and then start the car. Let it idle for a few minutes and you should be good to go. You shouldn't throw CEL or anything. If you do then you didn't hook something back up right or there's a leak somewhere with the MAF sensor or something. Just double check everything before you reconnect the battery and you should be fine.
