well a few of you have asked for the square vogue and this is the grille i was telling you about that i knew of,the only 1 iv ever seen in person,i had to sneak to take a pic of the car:bowl: ,hes huge and cud break my thin ass like a twig..

but heres the pic,if its what you guys want,then we need to sweet talk the guy,his wife did say he was hard arsed so im not looking forward to it lol,but for 8G rareties i wil ldo anything

Or maybe just ask him politely for the grille measurements...

From the picture angle, it looks like can be fiberglass molded from scratch. Ask the guy for measurements and send the specs to Cali. :orangecool:

^thats the vogue grill that I have always heard of and seen around forums and what not. maybe the red one is the true vogue grill, and this legnum owner had it modified? idk for sure though, and thanks for tracking this rare grill down!

thats the 1 style i have,obviously that red 1 can get scratched its not anything like the vogue we want,i think itll come down to custom made,im going to get my Production FG producer to see if he can make that for me,BUT this will (if he can) be funded by ALL those interested in that grille,i can easyly say now that it wont be too cheap but im sure for under $1000NZD i can have it made,so if theres 10 wanting then thats 100 each for the making of the grille and then a further 250 ea for 1 item fro mthe mold(molds are usually 3-6 times the price of the article(straight mold) ut seen as its a custom make from scratch thats why itll jump in manufacturing prices

well it depends how you make the mold, with gel coat and then a fiberglass backing? I guess i always forget about the TIME it takes to makes the molds and what not lol

molds are always made of fibreglass dude,tooling gelcoat for the surface of the mold(where the article is laid up in) and built up with fibreglass for strength. but the plug is either going to be made from clay or foam i would think

That is a bumper vent Cali made a few a while back, I have one myself just have not installed it.

I had one of those vents from Cali a few months ago. I think I'm still the only one that actualy installed it. Not the best pic to represent it though but it's good enough for this thread. Now it's in better hands.....

ok just heard back from my guy,he said he can build 1 using the style he has as a base for $800,ill own the mold so at this stage it looks like ill be having that grille available soon...
im going to get him to go ahead and make it

not all the time, you can use other composites to make it more rigid than fiberglass cloth and resin, I've made a mold with tooling gel coat and basically modeling clay( not really, but thats what it looked like) it didn't flex at all

his name is Carsten,banned from OZVR4 and he is as stubborn as a muel.. he wanted to charge me $300 and a set of SVR4 front canards just to own the dtek covers he has, i know he WONT budge unless you offer GOLD literally,he is the most arrogant member iv ever come across,when he sells items he wants crap loads,but when he buys he demands he wont pay much at all.

That grill costs around $340 with shipping still may buy one sooner or later :)

And they said they'd ship to the states i also was going to have them cut it in half as i work at a body shop so putting the 2 halfs back together is no problem to me :P

Good luck. They're nearly extinct and it's not a lip it's merly end caps fr the facelift legnum. I can fab. Set up from the super galant rears as the contours are very close
