we made the rings here at the factory. i measured the diameter of the gauges and i used 10mm tool steel and cut them using wirecut edm machine. then polish them. i just snap them in. a little bit force fitted so they wont fall. i just tested if they will turn out nice. some shops can do it for you if they have cnc milling machines and or similar to what we use here at the factory.

lol. yes parts here are pretty cheap and ample=) might get this type of bumper with over rider next week. lol what do you think on this? sorry ot..

Those rings look really nice!! I have always wanted some for my car. Is there any way for you to produce some of those rings for the USDM 8g??

this is what i do with ,al.though not complete yet,but will give you guys some idea,with minimum cost:icon_lol:
2x325 ml aluminium can & 2x 4" diameter can.
cut the top outer ring and some grinding work:070:
2x325 ml can
