Recommendations?

Hey everyone,
I just recently joined the forums and I was hoping to get some advice.

I'm starting to mod my 99 GTZ, but unfortunately I live in CA so i'm pretty limited seeing as though everything has to be C.A.R.B. certified. I tried searching previous threads and online for answers on this topic but not much luck. If I can get some insight on what the best certified parts for my buck would be, where I can get them, and how much of a gain I should expect, i'd greatly appreciate it.

As far as body parts, Cali with SoCal Autowerks here on the forums is an immensely popular and recommended seller. He sells replicated parts of various JDM pieces.
