I think they look ok. It might just be the picture. Certain camera shots make my wheels look bigger than what they are also. 18's should be good. Whats your suspension setup?

I'm pretty damn sure you have the wrong tires. I use 17" ROH Adrenalins on my 8G, and they don't look tiny:

How wide are those wheels?

I'd run with either a 235/45 R17 or 225/45 R17 tire. Those are close to the OEM aspect ratio, your current tires are not. They're throwing off your speedometer a lot.
