idle drop! help!

My car is idling really bad (almost stalling) whenever I turn on any electrical equipment And whenever I shift from Park to Drive. Particularly my AC and highbeam headlights. Any suggestion on how to fix this? Does the TPS has anything to do with this?Thanks guys.

Check your spark plugs, dsitributer, rotor, plug wires and maybe get your alternator checked out.
