Disassembled today getting ready for machine shop, and found this :orangeno:

A hole i came across...

I used a little led flash light to shine light down this hole (fuel rail bolt)

AND I SAW THE LIGHT!!!!!

This worries me so much...i hope this head isn't trash just because of this, that would SUCK it'd be my money rite down the tubes...any ideas, jbweld? looks like an oil passage however...i'm seriously pissed off

Ufff. Unless you weld it. The head is trash.

You could have it welded or braised most likely what happened is the bolt to the fuel rail bottomed out make sure their the right length bolts.

ugh.....why are people so careless? yes I will make sure the bolt length is correct, too bad the previous owner of this thing didn't...what a tard

yeah you want to get that welded. It shouldnt cost much. As for the bolt, you can do it w/o a bolt there. Just make sure the other two are tight or get one of these thread inserts.
