Dual Foglight wire-up

Does anyone have the wireup for the Kouki dual wireup?

I have a single wireup now on my 8G but I wanna hook up the other bulb... can I just splice the wire and hook up the bulb to the exsisting wire?

the lights at the end are really used for when turning so when you have your turn signal on the center would blink in that direction and the end out would stay on so you have light to see when your turning. there is a write up on doing that under here from ASTIG.
