Recommendations on a good customs shop

Anybody knows of a good customs shop that would do a good job on rolling and pulling fenders in the South of Boston, MASS area?

Pulling the fenders are very easy, you can use some 2" pipes or baseball bat. If you want to do it with roller fender PM Cali he has one that you can rent it.
