Sway bar- works vs progress

Hi,
What is the difference between these two products. Build quality, reliability and purpose wise, the price difference is a lot. just wanted to know if the works is that much better than the progress.

Works is made specifically for 9g galant.
progress and eibach is made for 4g eclipse but will work on 9g galant.
