I have a question for everybody. I just finished purchasing an HID kit from www.hidking.com ('http://www.hidking.com'). I was wondering if anybody from here has purchased this kit.

I also wanted to know if the installation is hard and if it's really plug-and-play?

Here are the specs of the kit I purchased...

Specifications:

Wattage (W): 35
Candela (cd): 202,000
Lumen (Lm): 3,200
Temperature (K): 8000
Bulb Life: 2,000 hrs

Can anyone give me an idea if the kit os good, bad, remarks, opinions?

Thanks.

looks like a low beam only H4 conversion... you will lose hi beam functionality w/ this kit.

Yeah the losing the High Beam is fine for me. I figure the HID's will be bright enough.

Do you think it's a good buy?

Do you have experience with 8000K?

How much did you pay for it? Cause we get a discount with Midnight Moose.

Plus, save your stock bulbs when it comes to inspection, you won't pass it if you don't have high beams ...
