[Mattsubishi9g]

I installed this CAI a couple of weeks ago and I highly recommend it for anyone with the 2.4l Mivec. It's for the 4g eclipse but it fits our 9g very nicely. The lower portion of the air box is a bitch to remove but it's a very easy install and well worth the $$$$. The sound after the install is incredible, very nice and deep on the rev especially around 3k rpm and up. :bigsmile: I'll post more pics when I get them to show where the filter actually goes in the fender.

I have this intake on my 4g69 eclipse. I love it. Sounds great with noticeable power difference.

yeah the stock intake is way too restricting with the lower air box, tiny snorkel, and the resonator box. I also forgot to mention that this is reasonably priced. I got mine for $145 with free shipping.
