MOD 2012 pics! post them here!

(I will upload mine soon... too tired right now from all the heat)

Toru (the legendary triggermauve) was there as well and took some pictures with his (much much much much nicer) camera. Hopefully he will post them up!

Limited pics from me because this was my 5th year and you start to see the same cars. I tried to take pics of cars I'd never seen before though, but then my battery started to die. SO I saved it for important stuff, like Galants, duh.

It was great seeing everyone again and getting to meet Triggermauve, Dronesurfboard, & Reelax. I had a good time at both events, we gotta have at least one other big meet per year for everyone to come out like this. The "End of the Year Christmas Meet" would prob be the best timing...

yeap I don't think there was a single 7G there. Even the 6G's seemed to be scarce this year. There were a lot of 6G VR4's last year

Weird, outside the one 7g that I posted a pic of, when I was in Cali a month ago, I did see a lot of 7g's, mostly stock, also around where I live, there are at least 3 7's that belong to people that work at the same strip mall I work at

I've seen them before in stock form, and only one that was modified. IIRC they also came as a Dodge Colt...

Sorry for the EXTREMELY shaky video but
1) the road was super bumpy
2) my battery was literally seconds away from running out. The end of the video is actually the camera auto turning off and saving because the battery is too low. I was running pretty quick to try to capture all of the cars haha (which I did, with hardly any time to spare)

Typically I am the only 7G there...I think one year Qwikfox's girl brought hers, me and Peano and that was it. Then if I remember correctly it was just me. I haven't been able to make it lately cuz my car is not road trip capable. Its sad that the sexiest galant aint making a showing at the Million Evo March! Jimmy you slimmed down big time homie! yeah i'm fat again. i gotta work out and diet and quit smoking again.

there are cracks on my front and rear bumper now and one of my sideskirts. they are all surface cracks where the bondo is though... the bumpers are all still solid; repairs would run a few hundred to a grand i figure, but my money has been going to other business as i rarely ever drive this car anymore. i actually only registered and smog'd it a week b4 this MOD (2011-2013 paid together). i'm debating if i get all the rock chips and minor stuff fixed or just let it go. 80% of the car is still pristine but getting the rest back to show quality would cost as much as the car is worth. i think it has only had 1000 miles put on it in the last 3-4 years.

yeah I can see th one in the back pretty big. Is she garaged? I forget...or do you guys just have covered parking? No...when he drives it he gets shit broken. Once on our way TO MOD, he thought he had a broken axle, he has a hard time getting it in and out of his apartment due to the speed bumps, and my favorite, hydrolocked it driving in terrential rains! LOL. He is a hazard thats why he doesnt drive it! LOL

MOD was unbelievable. Definitely a great first time experience. The best part by far was the G caravan to R1. Almost brought a tear to my eye. Lol!! For all of those that made it out, it was great meeting you all. ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE.

the reason i don't drive it too much anymore is bcuz driving our SUV is soooooo much easier and less stressing. my car is very low and the whole body kit is pretty much very difficult to get replacement parts for (all of it is now discontinued and was rare to begin with) and the sides and rear are molded onto the car. also i have almost no trunk space bcuz i carry a full size low clearance hydraulic jack (as the stock jack does not fit under my car anymore), a full size spare wheel and tire, 2 large amps and a big speaker box so the car is not really practical anymore for carrying anything but passengers. also since the car is dropped so low on coilovers and the tires are so thin, i constantly have to dodge road imperfections to avoid bends and/or a rough ride. i still drive it but only for fun once in a while.

it was HOT man! naw i was w/ my girl and we came late. we ate the in-n-out burgers, then they did the raffle a few hours early this year, and u know once they do the raffle everyone bounces. actually i didn't even think about it... we've seen the same vendors for 6+ years so wasn't super excited about walking around the building in the heat to the other side. i asked the giuys and they weren't giving out much free stuff this year (not even the normal swag bag when u drive in), so there u go.

OK, now I know it's a bit colder outside when MOD east goes down, but we don't get pretty vendor chicks at ours. What gives? We want vendor chicks!

MOD east coast is Very new. Mitsu is testing the waters for 2 years making it better every year. Im sure this year is going to be good. In my opinion just by looking at the west coast pics i believe east coast gets more cars attending specially the evos and a good amount of eclipse.

those pictures are probably a third of what was there if that. there are atleast 800 cars that show up to these events but you can only take some many pictures of cars that look the same lol

All of the parking spaces, pavement, plus the grass area is filled with cars. Mostly evos lol
