Missing Bracket???

So when I was cleaning my motor yesterday I noticed that my bottom radiator hose was rubbing against the fan shroud and its starting to rub a hole in the hose. I can see there is a screw hole in the shroud like there is supposed to be a bracket that screws in and holds the hose, can anyone let me know if there is a bracket thats supposed to go there? If so, anyone that has a parts diagram, can you let me know the part number so I can order one before there is a full blown hole in my hose.

ive never seen a bracket that screws into that screw hole to hold the hose. there is a screw thats below that that holds the bottom of the fan to the radiator you may wanna se if that screw came out and is allowing your fan assembly to swing free and hit your hose.
