Anybody know what this is?

I saw it driving down the street this evening and thought it was pretty cool. It sounded like a motorcycle.

I think that is a Meyers Manx or a derivative of it by the looks of it, they use a VW Beetle aircooled four cylinder

a Manx was the closest thing I could think of

It looks like a clone from the website, the Chery engine used is a cheap chinese made unit. Chery is pretty known for ripping off other companies designs.
