Help - Injen Short Ram IS1845P

I recently bought this from wholesalehyperformance.com for 125 + 15 ( shipping ). I was putting the pieces together to see if everything fits. Unfortunately - the metal adapter does not fit the filter. It is either too big for the filter, or my filter is too small for the adapter.

Am I missing something or am I doing it wrong? Or was there a problem in the parts they shipped to begin with. Help!

Did anybody experience this problem? If so, how were you able to solve it.

Thats the same thing!!

anyway, does the adapter fit on the intake up to this point. if so, have you tried to call the company and tell them the adapter and filter do not match in size. maybe they will work with you and send you one that does fit
