Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my 2004 galant's driver side window and was hoping maybe someone here can help me out. The problem I am having is that the window won't go up or down. All the other windows work fine. I was having an issue with my my alarm system also, where the only way I could disengage it and open the door without the alarm going off was to turn the key twice in the door. I bought a driver side switch and replaced the old one and now the alarm system works fine, however the driver side window still won't work. The funny thing is when I put in the new switch the window went down once then would no longer work. I then took the switch out and plugged it in a few hours later and it went up once, but will no longer go down. I am really confused on this one and I'm hoping someone has an idea what is wrong. I would really appreciate some help.
