alright, i know you guys always say [and for good reason] to be cautious about ebay vendors. because of that i wanted to get somewhat of an okay from you guys.

also! the link says that they're for the '02 n '03 models. i have a 2000. is that just a typo on their behalf? or is there something about the 02 & 03 that makes it for me not to be able to fit em??

Don't know about the price or much about ebay but 99-01 galants had chrome headlight housing and 02-03 had black headlight housing. The headlights have black housing thats why it says 02-03 but they will fit 99-03

That's about right for replica headlights. I had some on my old G. The body shop I go to used one after a minor fender bender damaged the driver's side and I paid $38 for the passenger one so my heads would match back in 2010, so for two that's a decent price. They look great, but the beam pattern left a little to be desired. HID's were all over the place in those.
