sorry to be such a pain in the ass, but i posted this before, and no one seems to know where the ecu is. i'm trying to tap my o2 sensor for my a/f gauge, but noooobody knows where the ecu is. if anyone can direct me to where it is, (and dont say its behind the radio unless you have a picture, i pulled my entire dash assembly appart and found shit). thanks.

pic is up. I think that the one you are looking for is under the hud by the pedals on the left. let me know if you can't read the print on the pic, yahoo seems to limit their viewable file size.

on a 7th gen, its mounter horizontally, in the very front, under the heater core, above the TCU, in the center.

just tap off the damn O2 wire under the hood, as its a pain to reach the PCM.

Well if you want to do it my way, take out the passenger side kick panel. The ECU is loacted in a bracket mounted upside down. You can undo the screws if you want but I would just take out whatever harness you need. The ECU is a PIAN IN THE ASS to get at!

To find the right pin out, you should be able to follow this guide Rob hooked me up with...

http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ecu-harness-2G.html

That's almost identical to our PCM or ECU or whatever you call it. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

I could be totally wrong though...

find your O2 sensor, trace the wire, and tap into it...

Im short n skinny I get to the ecu pretty fine =D

You get more slack if you unlcip the clip that holds the harness against the firewall on the inside of the car and pull all the harneses out f the ecu.
