Throttle lag delay when changing gears from 2nd to 3rd

Car is having throttle delay when changing gear. It only does if i accelerate hard. This has never done before. Any idea why this is happening and how can i resolve this issue? O2 sensor is working fine. Already used injectors cleaner but i don't think this is a fuel issue as i have no problem starting vehicle. Sometime speedo lights goes dim and brighter when delay happens

what engine? 5 speed or auto? any mods?

2.6 v6 24 valves manual. After market exhsust. Had induction but have put panel filter back on.

hate to say it but youre def on the wrong boards to be asking this type of question with this type of setup. 98 percent of us on here are running either the 4g64 or 6g72
