So I am completely new to this whole fixing and taking care of your own car business. Sadly I have a 2001 Galant ES 3.0L that is in bad shape ( had for 10 years and really didn't take care of it.) Turns out i have to replace the drive belt, get new shocks and struts, and replace the radiator. To save money I am doing this on my own. I thought the drive belt would the easiest of the challenges to tackle but for love of god I have no idea which bolt to loosen to get this damn belt off. Soooo what bolt in these pictures should i loosen to release the tension( if the bolt is even in this picture)?

you need to loosen (not remove completely, maybe 2-3 turns) the 14mm in the middle of the idler pulley and adjust the tension all the way loose (or loose enough to slide the belt off). the tensioner bolt is the one that goes straight up and down. you can see the head the best in the 2nd picture.
