So I have the RRE Headers, (Catless) and I have the O2 spacers in the correct location, but I keep popping running rich bank 1 and bank 2?
Will O2 sims fix this or is this a tuning issue?

It seems to go away when the air temp is really cold.

Im going to try changing the short ram's filter to a better one, and I installed a shroud to block some of the directional heat with a hose for cold air.
I also have some o2 sims on order and ill install them anyway just because every so often I pop low voltage codes for the post o2 sensors.

Current Codes:
P0172 (Bank 1 - System Too Rich)
P0137 (Bank 1 Sensor 2 - 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage)
P0175 (Bank 2- System Too Rich)
P0157 (Bank 2 Sensor 2 - 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage)

So this weekend I will be trying some sims, to see if that fixes my codes and issues.
I bought some sims from Magnum Tuning.

Below are pictures of the sims and the project box I have them encased in, as I will be "covertly" wiring these into the system, lol.

NOTE: I tried anti-foulers and the 90' angle ones that came with the RRE Headers and they did not solve the issue.

Ok all wired up, previous codes gone but now I am getting the following?

P2252 O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Circuit Low

Anyone know how to fix this one?
