I have a 2001 galant with 18 X 8.5 rims( Tire size is 225/40/18 -- Hankook Ventus HRII H405 340/A/A).
I'm trying to figure out if the air pressure should be the same all around or should it be different.

if all the tires are the same then they should all have the same air pressure, do not exceed the max psi of the tire though. that will be on the side wall of the tire.

maybe he has rolled fenderz; or it depends on the kind of springs he's gonna be runnin or is running - - -each brand gives a different drop!!

in the two front tiree, you should run 1-2 psi more than the rearz, i believe!!!

whats the maximum psi on your tirez?

I haven't droped it yet but I plan on it. I haven't had any rubbing problem so far. I think my offset is +42. I'm looking now to see what are the best lowering options for me. I can make some pretty tight turns right now, but I have never turned to the point where the steering wheel just stopped.

The I was wondering about the tire pressure being the same or different is ,because I was reading the other day about some cars having different requirements as far as tire pressure in order to comply with the cars suspension.

The tire pressure is listed on the inside of the drivers door on the body of the car. The front and rears are different. I was told that with low profile tires you should run 1-2 psi lower than what is listed for your car. So, that's what I do with my 18's.
