How does the Erebuni CF hood compare to the VIS???

Notice that it is different. Look at the first pic and you can see that it sticks up a little just like the VIS one. After seeing the Erebuni one in person, I can say that if fits worse than the VIS one. I'm not sure if there is a way to trim something on the underside of the hood, but I wouldn't mess with the Erebuni one. If it weren't for the hood pins, the hood would stick up really high.

Yeah, seriously. It may not look so bad in the pics, but in person it looks pretty bad.

I see now. I didn't think anyone had one yet and what I was going off was rumors that VIS and Erebuni where supplied from the same manufacturer.

That is a total different hood. The side vent is also further up front than the VIS and the main vent is a little different.

i think he meant the evo style cf hood......erebuni carries the monster cf hood(which is that one in the pic) and also carries the evo style cf hood.....but i have the vis cf evo hood and it fits great!!!!

Yes, sorry for the confusion... I did mean the Evo style hood.

Well, it doesn't say on Erebuni's site which one is the EVO hood and I was told at the meet where those pics were taken that it was the EVO hood. So, I don't know. All I do know is that hood that I posted does not fit well at all. Do not get it.

No, they aren't a member. They pretty much showed up for the first time ever the day of that meet. I guess someone met him somewhere and invited them to the meet.

it looks more like what is condsidered the invader if you look at how far the fins (sides of the grill mesh in the center) on the side go up toward the top. they seem to go alot farther than the evo does
