lets talk spark plugs.... after market vs. OEM

does anyone have anything to say about what kind of spark plugs bring the most in increasing performance and what brands? I need to change mine soon and was wondering which to buy. please help:)

I got NGK Iridiums in mine after having a ton of misfire issues with other plugs. Car runs mostly decent now, lol.

stock Iridiums are the best.

I work at a Parts Store. Basically, Stick to stock NGK. Japanese ignition systems are notoriously picky, and using american made plugs can sometime cause misfiring issues. If you want to try to up performance, see if NGK makes a higher grade plug with the same numbers. I.E. G power, V power, or Iridium.
In essence, Just like 9Gts said, stock iridiums are best.
If you are really looking to get more out of your igniton system, an MSD sparkbox or similar upgrade would be the way to go.
