i have a 8g but im looking at a 91 vr4, im just wondering would the v6 twin turbo vr4 fit in it? since its a 4 cylinder??

Direct swap with the transmission? No. You can swap any motor to any car with major modifications

That 4 cylinder is more than capable to handle 400+ with a good tune.

good luck finding a decent vr4 for cheap, best bet is to convert a gsx and convert to a vr4.
