2003 Galant, noises and idle

I am having trouble with a galant and made a video explaining the issues...I really need some help!

Did you replace the throttle body gasket when you replaced the throttle body? I recently had an issue with idle on my sons 02 and the gasket was my problem I also didn't get a check engine light.. Replace that first if you didn't then check your idle, it seems low, could be 1 reason you are feeling a vibration.Next, I would check motor mounts and trans mount for vibration issues. Check your spark plugs also.
