how to open up headlight assembly

i want to open the headlight unit so that i can paint some portion of it. i heard that you have to bake it in the ovan. anyone know at what temp and how long? thanks.

Used a hair dryer to heat the glue and than pull apart, but make sure you heat right or else you may bend or twist the housing.

althought it is a tutorial on how to do projectors, it will also tell you how to open up the headlights.

350 BUT DONT BAKE IT heat the oven to 350 shut it off then put you headlight in, but not too long or elsE its going to melt.
