Blend Door actuator

I intsalled a new blend door actuator and when i set temp to hot or cold it constantly clicks. Is this a bad part

The clicking is usually before the heater temperature actuator goes bad. Are you sure you replaced the correct part? Did you replace the actuator that controls the recirculate feature in the car? If you have the part number of the item that you changed, I can cross verify.

I replaced the blend door actuator. Passenger side under the Dash. It seems the new part was defective. I bought it online so it was returned
