Sorry for the long time without a reply.
Killerwatts Retrofits in New Jersey did them for me.
He got a new set of headlights and the kit and did the entire install (minus the install on the car) for me.
He did fantastic work, they look like they came stock and I cant tell he opened the headlights and his customer support and troubleshooting is awesome too.
