I bought mine from Road Race Engineering. I had no idea if they did the job or not because I upgraded all of my suspension at about the same time, but RRE says they do make a difference. I did not get their motor mounts though, I got those from Deyeme Racing.

The energy suspension mounts are a DIY job only if you have a torch and a press. Their motor mounts are inserts, which means you need your existing housing to install them. So you have to torch out the stock ones, clean the housing then use a press to put the energy suspension ones in the mountings. And yes they do make a difference.

The Deyeme Racing ones are already in the mounts, so it's just a straight bolt up for the front one. The back one is a bitch in any case because of the bolt placement. However, replacing the front with the deyem racing one is about a 20 minute job.

Having used both, the Deyeme ones are better from an ease of install standpoint, but cost a little more. The energy suspension ones come with the cross brace bushings, which the Deyeme ones don't.

As far as the Energy Suspension chassis components, if they're as good as the motor mounts, I'd recommend them highly.

I'm back CJ. Rested and refreshed https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

Anthony, Match up the year of the stratus with the year of your Galant. That's what I did for the 2000 mounts at Dayeme.

If you were to be really, really confused Travis will actually help you out by having "also fits same year Eclipse/Stratus/Galant!" in the item description.
