How legal is it?

I am new to this so it might be a stupin question but I was thinking about getting new bulbs for my headlights. Is it illegal in PA. NJ, or NY to have headlights with a red tint to them?

umm yea it is,, but it depend on where do you live i live in Atlantic City, NJ area and no COPS has ever pulled me over for my H4 Xenon Blue tinted Bulb,, but i did get Warning frmo Brigintine, NJ Police... :shock: and it also depend on the Cops.. if he using high beam on them Brighter Light he will pull u over cause its too bright,,
