one of my headlights looked dimmer than the other when you looked from the front, i could tell when i pulled up behind somebody and saw the reflection. i wanted new bulbs anyway, so i bought those first to make sure that it wasn't just the bulb. these bulbs are plasma glow and a lot brighter, so i know for sure its not the bulb. i can see that one is angled too low by looking at the road when i'm driving. how do i change the angle. the dealer is gonna charge $40! 99 es 4cyl. thx
