Does the offset on rims matter and what is it anyway? What is the 99 0n galants offset and what can you get away with using?

IT matters a lot. It determines how far out the rim comes out. I believe out stock off set is +46, so you would want to stay as close to that as possible. I know guyz who are using a +38 offset, but have had to roll their fenders so they didnt rub..
