Cleaning an Intake filter?

What would be the best way to clean a Weapon-R foam filter, I dont want to clean it the wrong way can someone help. Thanks .

i personally went to autozone and bought some K&N spray that you just spray on... wait rinse.. and wait again... worked great for me!
