you're better off buying ones made for the 7g or getting some custom made.

hte ones from them hondas are really different and if u were to mod them to fit, it would be harder to make than it would if u just started from scratch.

i bought that header on tuesday, the one from RPW that is, its a 4-1 design made for racing, much better than a honda one, i should know because my bro got a integra and he bought a 4-2-1 header for his, and though it did quite a bit, the RPW design is much better, and will rid the car of much or exhaust. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif But is did take quite a chunk out of my wallet($460) https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif

by itself, I don't know.
As for horsepower of all the mods, well you gotta find out the hard way https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif
If your entire car is stock and you are adding a cold air intake and a header with a straight flow muffler, you should be good for 10-15 horsepower, as for having mods done and then adding the header, like kain said, he has seen it improve up to 40hp.

i just masde a CAI for my car, out of dryer tubing (like clothes dryer)because you can bend it in so many ways, and set my filter right in front of the "mouth". so that will be good for my car, and i found out 94-98 galant s owners with SOHC 16v, dont need their Catalytic converter for anything but the law, so mine is going https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif

What kind of mods are we talking here? ("as for having mods done and then adding the header")

like upgrading internal motor parts, connecting rods, bigger pistons, ported head, cam, valves and worked to the balls SAFC, maybe forced induction, thats when a header will make a huge difference because for a stock motor, the stock exhaust is okay. Its like if you try to push 100 gallons of water through a straw, ain't gonna happen.
