check out the GB forum. Mante has a GB going for Eibach Pro-kit springs 200 shipped to your door. Quite possibly the best springs you can get. Check it out.

Yes it will...I had them on my ES V6 though. For a pic you can go to my album at http://photos.yahoo.com/marius_1st ('http://photos.yahoo.com/marius_1st') and click on the Galant related pics. My HID pic was taken with the Eibach springs.

Hey guys, is the Eibach pro kit good with the stock struts? I didn't think I could afford to drop and change around everything but if these work well without changing the stock struts I might get in this GB.

yeah...they should work fine with your stock struts. It's a mellow drop, about 1.2-1.4 in. if you wanted to drop it like 2+ inches, then it would be better to get struts as well.

if anything, it'll sit lower w/ older struts, but like he said they should work well, but will cause your struts to "go" easier cuz of the lower drop! eventually you'll have to get new oem or kyb'z!

Wanting to drop my ES a bit, do I have to install the lowering springs? or will any shocks, or some other components, give me some lowering effect while staying with the stock springs??

I was wondering...

I have an I4 1999 Galant ES

I just purchased the Eibach Pro Kit (1.2") Springs in order to drop and get better performance on those tight turns on the highway.

Should I return the Pro kit and order the Eibach Sport Line (2" drop) instead???

Thanks,

it depends...the lower you go, the better the car will look. at the same time, if you have horrible roads around you like I do, I would keep the pro-kit. it all depends on what you are going for.

Only springs or coilovers will give you a drop.

or you could just get a body kit that makes your ride look lower..... https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif
