Rear Lower Tie Bar

Hi i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a rear lower tie bar in red from? And also on our 7g's, to anyone wit them or seen them, are you able to see the lower tie bars from outside the car, like the car behind you, can they see the lower tie bar or is it hidden behind the bumper

Believe me, this helps understeer a lot.

well ive been lookin and icant find anything. All i wanna know is that when its bolted on a tock galant, can u see it from the back without having to loko all the way under the carr? like can the person in the car behind you see it
