the best would probably be in 2nd gear above 3000 rpm no lower.....if you spray at the top of 3rd you'll already be across the 1320 mark....

if you hit 4th gear in a quarter mile, theres something wrong. start spraying in second gear. you should be done with the 1/4 by 3rd gear.

I dont have to use it until the top of my third gear because i have enough bottom end to push it all the way to fourth gear... Our second gear is our strongest gear we have the most trouble once we hit our third and fourth gear, because seemily thats where our power falls off, so that where i hit mine, becuase it has the most trouble and i have better times from there than hittin it from second.. Twisted you will probably run all the way to your fourth gear once your motor is back in, your bottom end will pull so much that you will have the need to use nitrous in third than anything else.. Even with my 5spd, i had the bottle on it, and i still have to use it in third because thats just how my car runs..

i dunno if that was a question or an answer to the question above. But if your asking how many shots you can put on our stock i4's, it is recommened at 50. 75 being the maximum.

umm reading all the post on TGC,, i would recommend no NOS to Stock Fuel Pump,, but if you gone do it go for under 30 Shots of NOS,,

if you do more,, u gone need,,

Bigger Fuel Pump.
Racing Type Fuel Injection,,
and other Internal Engine,, Parts..

if you dont believe me ask Twisted,, Shane,, and Some other mem how they blew up their Engine,, Specially Peter,,,,

although i'm not using nos, i also have to shift to 4th gear by the end of the 1/4. my 2nd gear just spins, and 3rd gear pulls hard, but in 3rd gear, at 7000rpm i still have a bit of ways to go to the mark.. and i didn't think that 3rd gear could hit 106mph
