Does any1 have an MSD DIS-2 Ignition Control in their 8g :?:

http://www.roadraceengineering.com ('http://www.roadraceengineering.com') tested an MSD system on an 8G GTZ. try getting a hold of mike (owner) and ask him how it went.

HOw much does this set up run??? I just spent 15 minutes looking through RRE's website and couldnt find it!!! That is not an easy site to navigate through...

i don't think they ever posted it on their site but i talked to mike when i was over there one night and he had nettweak's car and installed an MSD. i didn't follow up on the results though, but they have done it and tested the system.

I emailed Mike about the MSD on the 8g and this is what he had to say:
We did one that worked well. We were just testing with it. It still needed a tach adapter to be hooked up but we never got that far with it. When we were driving it is pulled better, better bottom end but the tach just didn't work.
