lights next to parking lights?

what are those lights that are in the orange reflector supossed to be for becase i was messing with the parking light wires and they light up when I push the parking light wires against the casing. is it supossed to do that or do i need to change the bulbs?

the orange reflector bulb gets its power from teh park light, tahts why

well is there a short in the wires or is it supossed to do that? thats what im asking

Hi:

They are supposed to light when you turn your (running ) lights on. If they flicker, you have a short in the cable.
