Rear Wing

Is the Rear wing on my '00 LS glued on? Or is it screwed on? I wanna take the thing off and I'm wondering what is involved in doing so? Any help would be appreciated.

The rear spoiler is held in by I think 6 or 4 bolts, you have to open the trunk and losen the nuts and the whole thing comes right off.

So taking it off would mean having the holes filled and repainted?
