Here is the email that I sent this company regarding making a cat back system for the 7G.

Under your service section it say the you do Custom exhaust. The 7th generation galant owners (94-98) currently are unable to buy cat back systems, would this be something that could be done maybe as a product line for your company or maybe it could be done as a group buy. We also are in the some boat with a cold air intake. If you could be some help in either of these department please email me back and I will see what a can do for you costumer wise.

This was his responce.
Hello Josh,

We could look into doing something for you and the rest of the 7G Galants. We would need a test vehicle for a week or so that way we can mock up everything and have it bent into singular pieces.

Let me know if you can get someone to stop by our shop.

Thanks,

-Chris Clough

I live in StL, if they want to give me a free cat back system, I'll pay to have my car shipped to them for a week, depending on how much it costs =p

If you want a cat back so bad why not go to your nearst muffler man and get one installed that is what i did. 2.5" mandrel piping and he installed my exhaust for me all under $200. That is what i did and it worked for me. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif

mine was $125 bucks, and I provided the muffler, and he ran 2.5" all the way back to my cat. I need a new cat though, or to hollow it out, just don't know how to go about doing that....

Someone want to tell me

Buy a performance cat-back if that is what you need. I have some around check nopi and go from there. I know they do make one for the 7g i think i might need one to because i have this crackling sound whenever i pull of, but once i it is warmed up i am good who know's :?: :?: :?:
